faced with an underutilized commercial office property on the edge of downtown palo alto, cm capital asked brick to reimagine what is possible in order to bring new life to the property and the surrounding neighborhood. the new project seeks a change in zoning which allows the property to become a mixed-use development, helping it bridge the divide between the commercial properties on one side and the residential neighborhood on the other. the project includes 53,000 sf of new commercial office building, a new 30,000 sf residential building, and a new subterranean parking garage with over 260 parking stalls.
